The Biodynamic Model

The forces which created us and everything around us are available throughout life for our evolution and repair.

When we work with those forces, expressed as rhythms and cycles, the effect is the same as swimming with the tide rather than against it.

On a cosmic scale, we sense that

Every process begins in Stillness
Every process ends in Stillness
A creative force brings form into being.

On a human level we have our bodily form, which has developed following the pattern of our species.  Interestingly, those patterns are also seen in other forms – the internal structure of the lungs, for example, looks remarkably plant-like.

So there is a subset of organising principles at work here too.  Those principles include

Wholeness
Connection
Space and Containment
Midline
Rhythm
Movement
Change initiated by pressure

When we connect deeply with another being, with an awareness of these underlying cosmic and earthly patterns, we consciously tap into the force which created that being.

And with that connection, life flows with ease.
